Dear Kylie, As you have managed my properties for nine years I have never considered you as a selling agent until recently. Within the nine years, I have used two agents to sell my property. One agent promised me maximum price but never contacted again after the auction fell through with no bids. The second agent did sell my property but under the amount they convinced me by property would sell for. I then finally gave you a chance to sell my property. The main thing I can vouch for is that you bypass the uncertainty of what is true. You have always provided me with accurate information that I know is the truth. Kylie and Silvana have been fabulous Agents to deals with….. When, 15 years ago we ventured into becoming landlords, they took on the management of our rental home in Marsfield. We were apprehensive, having heard several scary stories about “Landlord Problems”. Well, we are delighted to say that we never had any! Kylie and her team were our agent for our property both as rental manager for 3 years and as our sales agent. As a rental manager she regularly checked on the property, between formal inspections, as we do not live in the area. When maintenance was required she promptly advised us and then organised tradespersons on our instructions to carry out the work. We then went on to sell our property with Leasell Property as our agent. Kylie and her staff went out of their way to get the property ready for the market, even washing the curtains! We were kept informed after each house inspection about prospective purchasers, and offers made before the auction.
